Community doesn’t exist only outside the home. At Retrace, we encourage families and friends to gather and bond together within the confines of their own home.

The courtyard

Through Finnish wood and Japanese design, we’ve reintroduced the courtyard as a space in Indian homes to foster a sense of communal living and openness to the natural world. This courtyard serves multiple purposes:
  • A source of natural light, breeze and ventilation to all areas of the home.
  • A central gathering spot for families and communities to convene, relax and bond.

At the centre of everything, is the ReLodge clubhouse

Tucked behind the trees, the ReLodge clubhouse is full of amenities that enrich life and fulfill Retrace’s promise to the environment. The expansive clubhouse is a marvel to behold, and like all of Retrace — its form serves a function. The roof measuring 2050sqm, is covered in solar panels, contributing to Retrace’s ReJoule initiative.

Growth starts at home

With Organic Farms and Orchards
Communal living is etched in the veins of Retrace. From sharing duties to thinking collectively, Retrace does not vitiate nature’s gifts but enables its close-knit community to facilitate a sustainable farming plan.

An organic farm is in front of every house, functioning as a kitchen garden tended by Team Retrace. Residents can use herbs and produce grown in their own yard for their daily needs. Surrounding the houses are landscape pockets and fruit orchards with trees growing chiku, mango, avocado, lemon and more.

Being a low-carbon project, Retrace also has taken steps to become self-sufficient in farming. This comes under our ReNourish initiative, but we plan for these activities to also encourage community and bonding amongst homeowners.

A bicycle sharing program through which residents can rent and return bikes through a digital process. Swipe your card, get one Street View of our hundreds of cycles, and pedal away.

  • Entrance door frame with a height of 9ft, made with seasoned solid hardwood.
  • Kiln-dried timber finished with PU polish or equivalent from Hunsply/equivalent.
  • Entrance door shutter: A solid-core flush door with solid wood on rail & stiles with sides of joint-less veneer with PU polish or equivalent.
  • Balcony: Aluminum sliding door with mesh from Schueco/Technal or equivalent from Germany.

Door hardware

Locks from Häfele Germany.
  • Biometric lock from Häfele Germany.
