The courtyard

Through Arctic wood and Japanese design, we’ve reintroduced the courtyard as a space in Indian homes to foster a sense of communal living and openness to the natural world. This courtyard serves multiple purposes:

A source of natural light, breeze and ventilation to all areas of the home.
A central gathering spot for families and communities to convene, relax and bond.

At the centre of everything, is the ReLodge clubhouse.

Tucked behind the trees, the ReLodge clubhouse is full of amenities that enrich life, and fulfil Retrace’s promise to the environment. The expansive clubhouse is a marvel to behold, and like all of Retrace, its form serves a function. The roof, measuring 2050 sqm, is covered in solar panels — contributing to Retrace’s ReJoule initiative.
