Since ancient times, South Indian homes are characterised by a central courtyard which acts as a source of natural light, breeze, and ventilation to all areas of the home. It also acts as a gathering spot for families and communities to convene, relax, and bond.
Retrace brings the abundance of wealth found in the ancient revered courtyard design to the modern age, by introducing a more contemporary take to a traditional South Indian design feature.

Handover
Keys are handed over to ownerwithin 4 days from the initialdate of choice.
