We’re retracing what true luxury means.

True luxury lies in the assurance of clear skies above, and abundant water below.

True luxury lies in connections between people, sparking back and forth to create harmony, joy, and a community that looks out for one another.

True luxury lies in knowing that the earth will provide for you. Today, tomorrow, forever.

True luxury is a pollution-free community, an exquisite gem that money simply cannot buy.

Uniting design, people & planet-positivity

We’re bringing a new vision of architecture to India which ensures that the people who inhabit the built environment do so in synchronicity with each other and with the planet.

When you become a Citizen of Retrace, you too will be privy to the forward-thinking concepts that put Retrace on the map of the future:

The three pillars will be kept alive and intertwined by our 8 Retrace initiatives:
70 logmodernist estate residences in our property

What is logmodernism?

Logmodernism is the concept of using wood from the right kind of trees, making the right kind of architectural innovations, and using the most effective design influences from around the world to build contemporary homes that nourish you, whilst being gentle on the planet and on the environment.

Retrace estate residences are made of pinewood grown in Finland's monoculture forests that follow the principles of circular forestry.

These trees trap carbon from the environment and sequester them within their wood in the first 60 years of their lifespan. After that, the tree continues to grow but its carbon-sequestration ability diminishes. This is the ideal time to harvest them.

planted for every harvested tree

A minimum of four saplings are planted in place of each tree that is harvested. These are then tended to and left to grow for a another 60 years, to restart a new cycle of carbon-capturing.

Medipally enjoys superior road connectivity via the Hyderabad—Vikarabad Highway, so you’re never too far from wherever you need to go.
