Growth starts at home
An organic farm in front of every house functions as a kitchen garden tended by Team Retrace so that residents can use herbs and produce grown in their own yard for their daily needs.
Surrounding the houses are landscape pockets with fruit orchards growing chiku, mango, avocado, lemon, and more.
Together, we till the earth
Communal Gardens and Polyhouses are created for residents to come together to a common patch of land and grow the kind of food they mutually decide on.
Apart from being a source of food, this functions as a wholesome community-building space where people can explore new interests and bond with fellow residents.

Sharing the fruits of our joint efforts
The surplus food from homes and the Communal Gardens goes to the Retrace Farmers' Markets, which lets residents partake of what was grown within the grounds.
This market is:
- A gathering of the community.
- A tangible marker of the origins of the residents’ food.
- A beacon of information about the importance of eating local produce that's fresh and unprocessed.
